  • Sales Executive – International BPO (UK, Australia & Canada)

    • FULL TIME

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation. 
    • Engage with potential customers from the UK, Australia, and Canada. 
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. 
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships. 
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. 
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. 
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. 
    • Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines. 

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
    • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International BPO Sales or Voice Process (preferred). 
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills. 
    • Ability to work in UK, Australia, or Canada shifts. 
    • Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency. 
    • Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset. 
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • WordPress Developer

    • FULL TIME

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain WordPress websites. 
    • Customize themes and plugins. 
    • Build responsive, SEO-friendly websites.
